Updated so it's more readable and has a few extra color effects on the bottom.

This is a tutorial of how I make Predator hair. It's rather simple, I think. You can use a pen or a mouse for the smudging part, I started using a mouse and moved over to a pen, the pen is faster but the mouse gives you more control.
